I enjoyed your post about gentrification. It was thoughtful, and dealt well with the issue of displacement. I like the idea of transient people wanting to save buildings as reminders, I think that is a good point. We can come and go, but the fabric of the place will stay the same, or at least be recognizable when we come back.
